Drafting of the cross-border programme started on February 19th, 2007 and the final draft was submitted to the European Commission on May 31st, 2007. The document was officially approved in December 2007.
The first Call for Proposals under this programme was launched on August 21st, 2009. The kick-off event took place in Kotor, on August 25th, 2009 in Kotor, followed by four information sessions.The CfP will be closed on November 18th, 2009.
