Cross-border programme
Drafting of the cross-border programme started on February 19th, 2007 and the final draft was submitted to the European Commission on May 31st, 2007. The document was officially approved in December 2007.
The first Call for Proposals was opened on July 9th, 2009. After the kick-off event in Niksic, 6 information sessions took place during july and August. The CfP closed on October 9th, 2009. For more information about the programme, please check the programme website.

Management of the programme
Both countries will be managing the programme according to the centralised management model. The joint structures are in the establishment process.
JTS is located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Antenna in Niksic, Montenegro.
