Background:   The second CBIB Steering Committee meeting was held in the premises of the Federation Palace in Belgrade, on February 14th 2007. The CBIB Interim Report and the work done during the reporting period were presented, as well as the planned activities in the preparation of the cross-border programmes.

  Background: On February 6th 2007, in Mostar, the representatives of national authorities from three countries – Croatia ( Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Trade and Development), Montenegro (Secretariat of European Integration) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Directorate for European Integration, Federal Ministry of Development) , as well as regional and local authorities from Croatia and Bosnia and EC Delegation from Bosnia attended a regional workshop on cross-border cooperation organized by CBIB.

Background: Upon the initiative of the Ministry of European Integration of Albania and in cooperation with CBIB Tirana Office team and the GTZ office in Albania, a workshop on cross-border cooperation was organised in Tirana, on December 18th, 2006, at Tirana International Hotel. The representatives of the governments of Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, government of Kosovo (under the UNSCR 1244) and one representative of UNMIK in charge of coordinating CBC programmes, attended the workshop.

1st CBIB Steering Committee

Background: The Steering Committee is responsible for guiding the CBIB project on a strategic level. The first CBIB Steering Committee meeting was held at the premises of the European Commission Delegation to Serbia in Belgrade. Representatives of the related ministries from beneficiary countries were present, as well as the representatives of the Delegations of the European Commission and the European Agency for Reconstruction from the countries covered by this programme.
